There's a new plushy up at PieNOW, he's soft and velvety. Like cake.
Balloon Boy works at the Ritalin Bros. Carnival Side Show. Unfortunately, he has no legs, so the only thing he is useful for is to tie the balloons to. He has a small fan club located in Des Moines, Iowa.
